The Mixed-Up Files of Mousecatfish, the Other Part

Once upon a time, I had a Blogger blog, for the sole purpose of commenting on friends' posts.

And then I forgot both the username and password.

So I had to create a new Blogger blog.

But I could not use the address I wanted because I already had the address I wanted -- it belonged to the account whose username and password I had forgotten.

So I came up with a new name for my Blogger blog.

I still blog on LiveJournal, though I'm not sure how much longer that will last. I also have a blog at WordPress, from a course on internet technology tools and applications that I compelted last summer, which I might start up again if the preferences are more optimal (aka if I'm allowed to create filters). And my fiance is still trying to get me to set up my blog on his site, which I have been rebelling against for a whole bucket-load of reasons, none of which are worth going into here.

Which brings me to here, and now. Or the now that is just past now... and this new blog. This rambling explanation is included here to elucidate the reasons it is called "The Other Part" and not something entirely different: same blog, same blogger, different location, different intention. Maybe this will become a knitting blog, in which case I will change the title of the journal accordingly. Maybe this will become yet another neglected blog like so many other made-then-neglected blogs. Who knows? Certainly not me...
